Workshop Description
This case study will explore how IC pride is advancing LGBT equality and inclusion across the US Intelligence Community. It will present an overview of the groups key priorities, how it is structured to advance those goals, and will provide specific examples of the impact that IC Pride has had. In addition, this session will discuss the benefits that interagency cooperation have yielded and Agency-specific strengths in the area of LGBT issues.
