You've Led the ERG, Now What?
Workshop Description
The backbone of an Inclusion vision is its past ERG leaders. But too many ERG leaders don't see their next step upward and instead remain in their ERG Leader role, sometimes demotivating talent ready to step up. Or worse, they fade away from the community when their time as leader comes to a close. Structuring a path for ERG leaders to continue growing and to contribute to the community drives successor grooming and leadership development across the entire organization. Political, business and social acumen skill-sets grow rapidly through ERG leadership. Don't let those skills or those people stagnate- keep them growing!
