Measures of Success: Interactive Dialogue on Measuring LGBT Workplace Inclusion

Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM–3:30 PM CDT
Cortez CD
Workshop Description

This workshop will pose the question: What are the key indicators of LGBTQ success in the workforce? Leaders from Lockheed Martin will open the dialogue by providing an overview of current trends in measuring LGBT inclusion, sharing the success measures they are exploring and discussing observations about their efforts to measure success.

Dialogue will be an important component of this workshop, expanding everyone's understanding by including the broadest possible perspective sets. Participants will be actively brought into the dialogue to share the success measures they use and discuss their observations.

Participants will take away new perspectives and innovative ideas to measure success of our LGBT inclusion efforts. This interactive workshop explores the metrics and measures that could one day be recognized as universal benchmarks.
