Workshop Description

Join us for an introduction of corporate LGBT inclusion leading practices in Asia and explore examples of mutually beneficial corporate and community partnerships for LGBT ERGs. Thomson Reuters will showcase success stories of their LGBT BRG Pride at Work in the Philippines and India in forging strategic alliances with external networks and organizations. EY will present leading practices, critical success factors and potential roadblocks to promote LGBTA diversity and inclusion efforts in Asia. And the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance will explore the issues facing the LGBT AAPI community in the US, and how we can be more inclusive of racial diversity while being allies with Asian American ERGs. We'll explore opportunities to collaborate together as companies take steps to globalize LGBTA inclusion efforts.
