2015 Out & Equal Workplace Summit

The Safe Space program at Texas Instruments (TI) was created to provide a non-threatening way to bring awareness to the issues that gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender persons face, while conveying that hostility and disrespect based on sexual orientation and gender identity/expression are not acceptable in the TI workplace. This session will provide a complete overview of this program and how it can be applied by other organizations.
