Workshop Description

Join us to explore the power that LGBT self ID aka self declaration (pick your country) can have as a method for driving change. With leading practice examples from both sides of the Atlantic, we will provide insights into the impact and benefits that LGBT self declaration can have, while also the practical approaches to and challenges of introducing LGBT self declaration in the current US and UK climates. Bring your challenges for an interactive discussion about breaking down barriers while growing your understanding about the legal and human resources tips for implementing and leveraging the information you’ve collected.
