Workshop Description
Many companies are now including allies in the LGBT Employee/Business Resource Groups. This seminar will develop the concept of what an ally is, how they can impact the workplace and the community and how do we leverage our allies to advance LGBT workplace equality. The seminar will also look at workplace bullying and finding ways we can all find ways to intervene for each other.
