Workshop Description
We are the product of our environment and influences. We are many times not aware of how our actions and word impact others who may not have the same experiences or opportunities. This seminar will look at Unconscious Bias and it impacts us in our daily lives. These tools allow us to create a more inclusive workplace and can impact the outreach our ERG/BRG is hoping to achieve. This seminar will also help us understand the intersections and impact of unconscious bias with other communities, specifically from the Bisexual, Transgender and People of Color communities.
