DC DB Optional Savings Plan Investments

Very short description for use in the program to help attendees understand more than a title can describe

Wwe explore the link between expectations and attitudes and how they relate to retirement planning. Specifically, we explore how the propensity to save (more) is related to the choice of selecting a DB/DC plan and how these choices are affected by (1) financial knowledge, (2) financial confidence/skills, (3) and interest in this topic. Our primary focus is to explore the choice of enrolling into the DB/DC plan and the enrollment into the optional ORP savings plan.
