Following this session, participants will be able to will recognize the value of inter-personal relationships as an underutilized resource.

Following this session, participants will be able to identify how the interlibrary loan department can provide invaluable e-resource support.

Abstract

Inter-departmental cooperation between Interlibrary Loan and Acquisitions is an underutilized resource. The interlibrary loan department is uniquely positioned to provide invaluable e-resource support. This short talk will illustrate how the employees in interlibrary loan have become instrumental in helping identify access problems and increasing the discoverability of electronic resources.
