evaluate databases for retention or cancellation; utilize standard software to determine uniqueness of content

Abstract

We are all familiar with cost per use and overlap analysis metrics when evaluating databases for renewal or cancellation.  This presentation introduces an additional "Do We Care?" factor - determining unique titles in a database and whether they warrant renewal.  It will include a review of the software used for analysis.
