Following this session, participants will be able to identify which social media channels to use in e-resource promotion

Following this session, participants will be able to optimize their web-based content for sharability on social networks

Following this session, participants will be able to assess their efforts to promote e-resources using social media

Abstract

This workshop will give participants an intentional and informed approach to using social media to promote e-resources to library community. Participants will develop a social media plan, learn how to optimize e-resources for social media sharing, connect with community, and assess their efforts. Plans will be tailored for organizational capacity.
