Abstract
Mindful of higher education costs, more schools are encouraging faculty to incorporate Open Educational Resources or Open Access books and articles into courses. Technologies that make open content more easily findable through integrations with Learning Management Systems and other course material distribution tools are making changes in instructor behavior.
