Identify ways in which autistic employees can use their unique skills and talents to manage electronic resources and perform other technical services/IT tasks,

Gain strategies for managing employees on the autism spectrum which contribute to their success,

Understand how a neurodiverse work environment can benefit all employees,

Abstract

Autistics have propensities towards attention to detail, analytical skills, creative thinking, and specialized knowledge. Management of electronic resources provides a perfect opportunity for autistic individuals to meaningfully participate in the workforce. An autistic librarian and his supervisor will share practical tips on creating a supportive workplace for neurodiverse people.
