Abstract

Autistics have propensities towards attention to detail, analytical skills, creative thinking, and specialized knowledge. Management of electronic resources provides a perfect opportunity for autistic individuals to meaningfully participate in the workforce. An autistic librarian and his supervisor will share practical tips on creating a supportive workplace for neurodiverse people.
