Learning Objectives

Following this session, participants will be able to understand the challenges and opportunities of collaboratively purchasing or subscribing to electronic resources, identify potential areas of efficiency gains, strengthen vendor and library relationships, build relationships between institutions with differing needs, and foster a collaborative mindset to strive for cost and staff time savings, workflow efficiencies, and the development of standardized policies, procedures, and practices.
