Identify their personality strengths and weaknesses, understand how to work with other personality types.
In small groups, participants will discuss and evaluate their Myers-Briggs personality type to see if personality types are drawn to specific roles in the library. To facilitate the exercise, participants will need to know their Myers-Briggs personality-type indicator.
