Collect the data necessary to assess the effects of major organizational changes in a library.

Find solutions to address the effects of organizational and technological change on the use of library resources and services. 

Abstract

After major organizational changes in recent years, University of Kansas Libraries’ staff collected database usage data and statistics using LibAnalytics to discover a pattern of significant decreases in the use of our resources.   To address this trend, library staff from three departments collaborated to find solutions to counteract these numbers.
