Abstract
Current trends in defining and understanding the concept of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and its counterpart of Cultural Metacognition (Chua 2011) will be examined in international and multicultural business and educational contexts. Participants will learn practical strategies to incorporate this important leadership skill into their repetoire of classroom tasks and activiities.
