Abstract
Based on the user interface customization of the library guide application (LibGuides) and interlibrary loan application (ILLiad), this talk shares some ideas about simplifying workflows, fixing accessibility issues, and making the application easier to use through interface customization. All these efforts aim to improve the user experience of these applications.
