Abstract
As a part of its 2015-2020 Strategic Plan, the University Library of California State University San Marcos [CSUSM] is developing a coordinated and comprehensive user experience assessment and enhancement program. Attendees will gain insight on planning and building a holistic UX assessment strategy that emphasizes long-term sustainability and growth.
