Are you waiting excitedly for your implementation kickoff? Have you just signed a contract? Still at the RFP stage? Come to this presentation for a look at the Alma implementation process. UConn went live on Alma & Primo in July 2015, and while what you'll hear doesn't guarantee a flawless implementation, the goal of this talk is to help you think conceptually and in an organized way about the process, to provide some hard-won advice about planning, and to encourage you to face the task ahead of you and your colleagues with a smile.
