This presentation will discuss best practices followed by the Alma Implementation team at Western Kentucky University Libraries. Our previous ILS was Voyager and we were already a Primo customer before implementing Alma.We will talk about some best practices such as team work, timeliness, training and practice, etc. that made Alma implementation go smoothly at WKU Libraries. Also we will discuss some of the issues we had while switching from Voyager to Alma with specific examples and how we dealt with those issues.
