Session Description
During the two-plus years the University of Minnesota has been live on Alma and Primo Central, we have developed a number of workflows, strategies, and tools for troubleshooting access problems in this discovery environment. We will cover common types of access problems, useful tools for diagnosing problem causes, and how to train staff to resolve complex access issue.
