Session Description
The Voyager 9.0 Global Data Change (GDC) client has greatly simplified the process of changing large sets of bibliographic, holding and authority records. This presentation will introduce GDC to new users and describe the steps necessary for running successful GDC jobs, such as creating user security profiles, identifying and saving record sets, creating data change rules, creating scan rules, and previewing and submitting jobs. Examples of data change rules and scan rules will be provided, as well as an overview of how GDC interfaces with Voyager Access Reports.
