Session Description
The day-to-day management of e-resources is often chaotic; many libraries are short-staffed or dealing with staff turnover and lackadaisical record keeping. Intota v.1 can alleviate this stress by ending siloed job duties and providing a previously unachievable atmosphere of transparency. This session will demonstrate how to cross-train your staff and operate by the “hit by bus” mentality: if you, as the supervisor of your unit, were hit by a bus tomorrow, would your co-workers know how to manage your e-resources?
