Session Description
I will describe the effects of the implementation of Alma after three years from the personal points of view of myself (the systems librarian), the fulfillment manager, the resources and acquisitions managers and the library building refurbishment manager. The presentation will pay attention to the positive changes Alma has brought in our skills and the skills of other staff and, in particular, to the very marked change in the role of the "systems librarian."
