Session Description
DINE AROUND TOPIC: Given the rhetoric around Muslims, Kashif Shaikh of the Robert R. McCormick Foundation and the Pillars Fund, has been working with the Ford Foundation, Open Society, and others to help guide grant dollars into these communities so they can combat this work and highlight positive stories of Muslims. He is getting the impression the topic is of interest to foundations as a few have reached out to him to discuss what they can do. Are ways we can educate, inform and collaborate?
