The issue: sending email notices to patrons with non-institutional email addresses.
Question - a local (New York City College of Technology) or a consortia (CUNY OLS) issue?
Caused by: Aleph configurations, antivirus software, firewall settings, local group policies, local SMTP mail server?
This session will look at the testing that discovered the cause of the problem and the change made that solved the problem!
