Sunny Grosso has spent a diverse career cultivating relationships, from sake trainings in California to coaching teams around the world. She defines her purpose as inspiring people to live big by being true to themselves and following their passion. She was a key member of several business start-ups before joining Delivering Happiness as the second member of the DH@Work team. Today Sunny holds the dual role of Coaching & Culture Chief at DH. As the leader of the DH@Work team, she helps create more successful companies by building sustainable work cultures through the science of happiness. As the culture leader she guides the DH team to define and live their unique culture internally.

A speaker and ORSC-trained coach with a BA in psychology, Sunny has trained companies from Russia to Venezuela in happiness and culture building. Though the scope of Sunny’s passion may be most apparent in her favorite hobby, ultra running. She has competed a few 50-mile trail races and helped others do the same as a captain for the inaugural Team-in-Training Ultra Team. And, Sunny is more than a name, it’s how she lives. You’ll see when you meet her.

Ted Chen joined Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies in August 2012 to serve as the Director of Evaluation for the Margaret A. Cargill Foundation, the Anne Ray Charitable Trust, and the Akaloa Resource Foundation. He designs and implements evaluation strategies to track the progress and impact of the grants made by all three organizations. Ted was previously the Director of Learning and Innovation at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, where he led the foundation’s program evaluation and organizational learning efforts, and he also served as Program Director for the Youth and Education department. Before joining the Kellogg Foundation, he was Executive Director of the Big Idea Foundation, the charitable arm of the media company that produced the VeggieTales video series and other programs for children and families. Prior to Big Idea, Ted served as a Program Officer at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. He also conducted research and evaluation at the Chapin Hall Center for Children at the University of Chicago. Ted earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wheaton College, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
