Friday, May 13, 2016 at 9:00 AM–10:15 AM PDT
Elmbridge
Session Description

Perception is reality – or so the saying goes. How are libraries perceived by those outside of our profession, and how does this impact public library support? A panel discussion comprised of advertising, marketing and journalism professionals will discuss some of the critical challenges and opportunities of the library brand. This will be a frank and energizing account of our current state with time for dialogue among participants.
