Brief Bio
Leah Ben-Ami has been the Director of Academic Operations for the Lowell Institute School within the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University for over a year. She is responsible for leading all administrative aspects of the Lowell Institute School including system and process mapping and design; performance analysis and reporting; project planning, scheduling, oversight and evaluation; short-term and long-term goal development; and execution of operational and strategic plans. Leah works closely with program directors, academic deans, office staff, and enrollment and marketing staff. She is also a part-time instructor for the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University, teaching strategic human resources management and leading teams. Leah is currently enrolled in the Northeastern University Doctor of Education program, with a focus in Higher Education Administration.
