We Did It: Utilizing Student Testimonials to Market Your Programs

Session Description
This session will detail the ins and outs of using student testimonials to promote CE programs. Topics to be discussed are how to collaborate and build trust with students, how to market programs using inbound and outbound marketing, developing and maintaining a testimonial database, recognizing resources, using effective content marketing, the importance of consent forms, and more. The session will also include examples of KSU’s Continuing Ed marketing campaign which solely relies on student testimonials and visual branding.

Brief Bio
Davia Rose Lassiter is an award-winning communications professional and marketing strategist with experience in publication management, journalism, graphic design, social media, and public relations. She is the Director of Marketing for KSU's College of Continuing and Professional Education. After earning her MA from UGA's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, she used her talents working for a variety of newspapers, magazines, websites, and nonprofit organizations.
