Session Description

This session will share the results of a two-year effort to improve a continuing education unit at Brigham Young University by developing a SCORECARD (business term) using ANALYTICS (to help analyze the big data associated with the evening, summer, and extended campus programs at the BYU Salt Lake Cengter), RATIOS (to explain relationships and establish baselines), and METRICS (to capture and represent important data points used to inform management decisions). Some of the improvements include more enrollments, stronger bottom line, better space utilization, and improved student service.
