Abstract
Participants will learn classroom guidance lessons for elementary and middle school students on topics such as belonging, goal-setting, anti-bullying, and creating a caring classroom climate. Participants will also learn how to use scaling questions and peer feedback in small counseling groups. Easy technology tips to use in communication will also be shared. Handouts of each activity will be given, including sample pre-post surveys and actual activity sheets.
