Abstract
The number of Latino students in schools is growing in the United States, especially in the Southeastern region of the United States. Based on language, schools often are unprepared to provide support to assist students and families. Come learn about strategies and initiatives to build school counselor and Latino parent partnerships to promote student success. Both presenters have implemented strategies to create a culture of collaboration, unity, and success.
