Abstract

This session will focus on addressing the needs of your most at-risk populations. We will show you a framework for reaching and supporting these students and their families. You will learn how to assess the data, pinpoint needs, gage your community stakeholders, and gain support for your outreach programs. It is expected you will walk away with a wealth of ideas and resources to bring the school to your community.
