In this session, you will hear examples of the innovative use of books and readings in small group settings, parent and community enrichment opportunities, and classroom counseling lessons. Utilizing books can be an effective tool in various settings as a counselor. Book clubs can lead to improved reading scores and improved social skills and are a fun and easy way to conduct small groups.
