Abstract

Response to Intervention (RtI) can be hard to manage, espcially when you are already in charge of managing your own Guidance and Counseling Program, conducting small group sessions, scheduling individual sessions, dealing with the school schedules, leading the 504 process and other various tasks that are so graciously assigned to Counselors.  However, using Office 365, I have developed a way to improve the constant day to day operations for RtI. No more folders stacked on your desk waiting for data to be approved...those days are over!  Using this method also places more accountability on the teachers as well as the administrators in relation to the time-sensitive tasks related to insure that the interventions and strategies are implemented with fidelity.
