Abstract
Counselors will experience a fun, unique way to introduce the concepts of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and visualization to their students. Teachers will share their love of Star Wars with a true Star Wars fanatic while learning some simple character-inspired yoga moves, be led through a guided visualization of the forest moon of Endor, and share ways to incoprorate Jedi mindfulness into everyday activities for personal and student well-being.
