Abstract

The purpose of this workshop is to increase participants’ knowledge and awareness of the Georgia Composite Board’s licensing regulations to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC & LAPC). The session will provide School Counselors with an understanding of definitions, provisions, and requirements set forth by the Georgia Composite Board as well as new legislature changes.  The session will provide an in-depth discussion on education, examination, and an ethical supervision experience.
