Abstract

Participants will learn how to develop and facilitate a New Counselor Cohort/D.R.I.V.E. Cohort (Developing and Retaining Individuals with Vision and Effectiveness). Participants will learn innovative, interactive approaches to 5 star service, mindset, body language, effectively communicating with difficult parents/staff, responding effectively to parent communication, motivating the unmotivated students, and overall tips for all counselors.
