Abstract

College and career readiness has gained much attention recently with Michelle Obama's Reach Higher initiative. As former college advisers and current school counselors in training, we will share our unique experiences and the innovative strategies we used to increase the college-going culture in our respective middle and high schools. Come to hear about what is being done in other schools and share what new strategies you are utilizing to help others reach higher.
