Abstract
We can’t solve problems with the same level of thinking that created them (Einstein). In this interactive session participants will be challenged to Think D.I.F.ferently by 1.) considering the potential challenges and benefits of developing diverse, inclusive, and fair (D.I.F.) spaces, 2.) examining how implicit bias, stereotype threat, and context shape our outcomes, and 3.) exploring cognitive and affective barriers to cultivating D.I.F. spaces.
