Due to the rapidly changing canvas of the Healthcare Industry and the demand to educate competent nurses, a system was implemented to teach skills, reinforce skills using of technology, and putting what was learned to practice. Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory was implemented with the use of simulation to develop more competent practitioners.
