The development of a Nurse Residency Program provided the opportunity to redesign orientation using technology, simulation, and group-based activities. The leverage of technology fosters a dynamic, fun and meaningful learning experience. The nurses use simulators, videos, gamification, and interactive polling within holistic case-based simulation to validate competence and build confidence.
