Session Abstract

This quantitative study explores the experiences of veterans, transitioning from the military to the civilian workforce specifically those utilizing higher education as a tool for this transitional process. Emphasis is placed on the challenges encountered by the veterans in this process and the support systems needed for a successful transition.
