Settling on the quest to seek higher education is a preeminent life event that affects non-traditional-age, adult international students in the U.S. and local and African fathers in Ghana. This study seeks to explore the experiences of African fathers pursuing doctoral degrees in selected universities in Ghana and the U.S.
