Session Abstract

As the significance of the 4th Industrial Revolution issue increases, there are emphasizing research on knowledge sharing and of accelerated technological innovation, especially inter-generationally. Thus, the present research has a purpose to examine what are the barriers of knowledge transfer and how knowledge transfer works within the generational gap.
