The purpose of this roundtable paper presentation is to explore the learning and leadership development activities of Universal Primary Education (UPE) Tanzanian Teachers’ reactions to the demands of advancement with regard to technology. This completed research investigation highlights UPE teachers’ reactions to the use of technology in schools.
